We're in the Regent Park office area off Smokey Park Highway (US-19/23) in West Asheville, just west of the I-26 / I-40 interchange. Look for the two-story brick building — Play Talk & Grow is Suite A on the 2nd floor.
- Parking: free, right in front of the building — no garage, no meters.
- From downtown: about 10 minutes via I-240 W and I-40 W, exit 44.
- Serving families from Asheville, Candler, Enka, Leicester, Arden, Weaverville, Black Mountain, Fletcher and Hendersonville.

What to expect at your first visit
Arrive 10 minutes early
Park out front, head up to Suite A on the 2nd floor, and check in at the desk. Bring your insurance card and any prior evaluations or IEP paperwork.
Play-based evaluation
Your therapist meets your child on the floor with toys and books. To your child it looks like play; to us it's an assessment of understanding, expression, sounds and gestures.
A clear plan
You leave knowing your child's strengths, where they need support, and what weekly sessions would look like — plus strategies to start at home that day.
